Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across Greenville, SC. You will operate, inspect, and troubleshoot facilities systems to maximize efficiency and uptime.

The role requires hands-on technical ability, a valid driver's license, and on-call availability. On-site work with opportunities to grow in a leading real estate services firm.

Qualifications

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days)
• 4+ years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing
• Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration systems
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work on facility mechanical and electrical systems
• Operate and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment
• Inspect equipment and understand proper usage
• Complete facility inspections and report conditions affecting client occupancy
• Submit P-card receipts daily and update work orders in real time
• Use Corrigo CMMS for all work performed
• Maintain valid state driver’s license and be available for on-call work
