Job summary
Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Colorado Springs, CO seeks a Mobile HVAC Technician to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and production equipment across assigned facilities. You will perform preventive and repair work, document activities in CMMS, and support energy efficiency goals while on-call as needed.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R and refrigeration experience, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with
Qualifications
- 4+ years of building engineering experience with HVAC/R and related systems.
- Universal CFC recovery certification or within 90 days of employment.
- Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
- Maintain, operate and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
- Study equipment and methods; complete daily reports and update work orders in CMMS.
- On-call availability and adaptable to on-site needs in Colorado Springs area.
