Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Austin, Texas, seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and production equipment across our facilities.

You will perform preventive work orders, manage building automation and life-safety systems, and ensure safety compliance while delivering reliable day-to-day operations. A high school diploma plus 4+ years of technical building engineering experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 4+ years of technical building engineering experience.
• Strong background in packaged HVAC, plumbing and electrical maintenance.
• Trade school or apprenticeship in electrical/HVAC/plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing and building components.
• Inspect equipment and review building automation and life-safety systems.
• Complete safety trainings and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
