You will perform preventive tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure energy efficiency while minimizing downtime and maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of building engineering experience with HVAC/R expertise, a high school diploma or GED, and CMMS familiarity

Qualifications

• HVAC/R and maintenance experience required.
• Four+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R focus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with refrigeration systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Operate and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Inspect facilities and report conditions affecting occupancy.
• Maintain CMMS records and update work orders in real time.
• On-call availability required.
