Cox Fleet in the United States is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician I to perform DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, and light repairs in a mobile/field environment. You will work under supervision on more advanced tasks while assisting senior technicians and learning diesel systems.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, own basic hand tools, and pass a DOT background check and physical. The role offers weekly pay, safety gear reimbursement, training, and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and up to 2 years’ experience in a related field.
• Possess and supply a set of hand tools necessary to perform required job duties.
• OEM training and certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT inspections and preventative maintenance on light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles in a mobile/field environment.
• Assist with repairs and learn advanced mechanical skills under supervision.
• Document work performed and maintain inventory and safety standards.
