Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate millwork projects from award through closeout. You will develop execution plans and manage the schedule, acting as the main interface between clients and production/install teams.

The role requires auditing submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and monthly billings while cultivating relationships with suppliers, architects, owners, and general contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience with Procore, Autodesk, or similar PM software.
• Millwork industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Ability to coordinate with customers and subcontractors.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Manage monthly billings and closeout documentation.
• Oversee project punch lists and final closeout.
• Lead project team and participate in jobsite meetings.
• Read architectural drawings and project specs.
• Ensure compliance with AWI QCP and quality standards.
