Job summary

Woodweb is seeking a senior project manager to lead complex commercial millwork and interior construction projects. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee multi-phase deliveries, expediting materials, and ensuring quality control. Collaboration with design, engineering, and fabrication teams is essential, along with strong client and contractor communication.

The role requires leadership, mentorship, and a commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Expeditor and Expediting experience to track materials, manage submittals, and ensure timely delivery of millwork components.
• Inspection skills to review fabricated and installed millwork for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications.
• Logistics Management skills to oversee material flow, shipping, and site deliveries for multi-phase commercial projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex commercial millwork or interior construction projects, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong ability to interpret architectural and shop drawings and collaborate with design, engineering, and fabrication teams.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software and basic office applications; experience with construction management tools is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and inclusive teamwork, with the ability to mentor and guide project teams.
