Job summary

Concepts in Millwork in Colorado Springs is seeking a Project Manager to lead custom commercial architectural millwork projects from post-contract through installation and warranty, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining budget and schedule.

You will review drawings, ensure AWI and contract specs are met, communicate with engineering, production, delivery, and site teams, and visit job sites in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in an architectural millwork environment.
• Able to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications; identify errors and request clarification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract drawings, specifications, AWI requirements, and our methods.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Delivery, and Installation teams to meet expectations.
• Set up and maintain a project budget and Schedule of Values for the project and company.
• Monitor costs to keep the job on schedule and within scope budgets.
• Visit customers in Colorado Springs, Denver, and surrounding areas as needed.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with strong organization.
