Job summary

Craftworks USA in Oakdale, PA is seeking a Project Manager for the Casework and Millwork division. You will manage scope, coordinate drawings, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely, accurate fabrication and installation.

You will read architectural drawings, coordinate revisions, and provide shop with accurate fabrication data. Strong leadership, communication, and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience managing millwork, cabinetry, or architectural products.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete project scope, including proposals, requirements, and exclusions.
• Coordinate drawings, specifications, schedules, revisions, and final releases.
• Provide fabrication documents, product data, and approved drawings to shop.
• Oversee work orders, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Develop fabrication, delivery, and installation schedules using Innergy ERP.
• Coordinate procurement, material takeoffs, vendors, and field activities.
• Suggest value-engineering options to protect budget and schedule.
• Communicate proactively with clients and project partners to resolve issues.
• Mentor assistant project managers and support team development.
