Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in architectural millwork or commercial casework.
• Strong knowledge of millwork construction methods and installation sequencing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from estimating handoff through completion.
• Maintain schedules and manage budgets.
• Coordinate internal departments and subcontractors.
• Liaise between clients, field personnel, and manufacturing.
• Review drawings and submittals for coordination.
• Identify risks and implement practical solutions.
