Qualifications

• Experience managing complex commercial millwork or interior construction projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural and shop drawings and collaborate with design, engineering and fabrication teams.
• Experience with expediting, submittals, and on-time delivery.
• Strong cross-functional planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, budget, and coordinate cross-functional project activities.
• Expedite materials and track submittals to ensure timely delivery.
• Inspect fabricated and installed millwork for quality and compliance.
• Oversee material flow, shipping, and site deliveries for multi-phase projects.
• Interpret drawings and collaborate with design, engineering, and fabrication teams.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide project teams toward project goals.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and reporting.
