Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinical teams in Indianapolis. You will collect patient information, measure vital signs, and help with screenings and point-of-care testing while maintaining accurate EMR entries.

Qualifications

• State or national certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant.
• EMR experience and comfortable using multiple software programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow and room patients efficiently; record vital signs and screenings.
• Process lab orders and document results; assist in routine vaccinations and point-of-care tests.
• Scan and upload documents into EMR; support care teams and participate in meetings.
