Oak Street Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers by gathering essential patient information and assisting with routine screenings and testing during appointments. You will be a vital part of the care team, ensuring accurate data and smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification and EMR experience are required.
• US work authorization and ability to use multiple computer programs.
• Graduation from an accredited medical assistant program or certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient patient flow and room patients promptly.
• Take vital signs and complete required screenings.
• Respond to patient requests for telephonic support and record requests.
• Administer vaccinations and point-of-care tests as permitted by state.
• Import documents into EMR and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in care team meetings to discuss patient care.
