Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Materials Manager to support the APS project in Adelanto, CA, on-site with the materials team. The role covers sourcing, procurement, logistics, and on-site contractor management for construction materials.

You will manage receiving, warehousing layout, inventory accuracy, and data input in the inventory system (ClearSpider), coordinating with project managers, suppliers, and construction teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years relevant experience preferred in construction/EPC sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements material management practices with client.
• Works with local vendors to source materials quickly for expedited requests.
• Partner with procurement to ensure materials meet construction schedules and communicate with clients and vendors.
• Performs material take-offs and determines necessary materials for project completion.
• Forecasts lead times and reserves materials based on project schedules.
