Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Materials Coordinator to oversee receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials supporting field construction activities. The role emphasizes safe handling, accurate inventory, and real-time reporting in a campus-style yard.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 3 years of materials management experience, preferably with EPC projects in the electric power sector. Travel up to 25% is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3 years of materials management experience.
• Experience with EPC projects in electric power delivery is preferred.
• Familiarity with receiving processes, inventory, storage, and issue of materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, inspection, put away, and storage of project materials.
• Direct distribution of materials to construction sites and manage QA/QC receipts.
• Input data into the inventory system and maintain real-time reporting.
• Assist with phase bundling, structure staging, and kitting for efficiency.
• Conduct on-site material audits and maintain lay-down yard records.
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and field teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping of the inventory yard and materials.
