This direct-hire role blends full-cycle recruiting with employee training and development, helping a manufacturing organization attract the right talent and keep training documentation accurate, organized, and compliant.

In this role you will manage the end-to-end recruiting workflow while owning the training lifecycle, from building materials to audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong recruitment knowledge and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, schools, and staffing partners.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for skills and fit.
• Maintain recruiting records in HRIS and keep postings current.
• Partner with HR leadership to develop recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate training materials development and documentation.
• Track and report training progress and audits.
