Job summary

Blount Fine Foods is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support staffing needs across MA and RI. This fully onsite role in Fall River, MA requires managing full-cycle recruiting, candidate screening, and interviews while partnering with managers to build a strong talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution, with strong ATS experience. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract top talent and manage the recruiting function for staffing across MA/RI locations.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement successful staffing for open positions.
• Screen resumes and manage recruiting information through the company database.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews, coordinate all interviews with managers.
• Maintain applicant data, onboarding processes, and weekly recruiting reports.
