Job summary

SCHROEDER INDUSTRIES LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, and administrative roles. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to define requirements, source candidates, screen, interview, and coordinate offers and onboarding.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in recruiting, experience with ATS/HRIS (Paylocity), high-volume hiring in industrial settings, and strong communication and compliance skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience recruiting hourly production, skilled trades, maintenance, engineering, quality, and administrative roles preferred.
• Experience with high-volume or multi-site recruiting preferred.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS Paylocity, Indeed, and LinkedIn preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for all levels at two locations, including hourly production, skilled trades, engineering, and administrative roles.
• Manage HRIS/ATS (Paylocity) to move applicants through the workflow accurately and compliantly.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define qualifications, and post jobs.
• Source diverse candidates via Paylocity, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and community partners.
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions; interview and assess candidates.
• Coordinate scheduling, feedback, offers, onboarding, and pre-employment checks.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events; maintain relationships with schools and agencies.
• Maintain records and track recruiting metrics; ensure lawful and compliant practices.
