Outlook Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for a manufacturing operations portfolio. You will assess workforce needs, source, interview, and extend offers to build high-performing teams.

This role emphasizes data-driven hiring, employer branding, and early-talent pipelines, with onsite collaboration in a manufacturing setting. SHRM-CP/PHR preferred and a Bachelor’s in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management (or related field) and 2 years of experience.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leaders to identify workforce needs and hiring goals.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Analyze recruiting, compensation and turnover metrics to refine strategies.
• Build and publish compelling job postings to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Represent the company at hiring events and career fairs.
• Develop and grow early-talent programs to build pipelines.
• Provide general HR support and resolve employee questions.
