Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization.
• Manage Paylocity ATS to move applicants through workflow.
• Partner with hiring managers to define qualifications and postings.
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume, manufacturing and technical roles.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Attend local job fairs and recruitment events.
