• Demonstrated success supporting rapid organizational growth.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; multitasking.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience developing recruiting processes, metrics, and accountability.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in fast-paced environments.
