True Manufacturing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment for its production facilities. You will source, interview, and hire candidates, managing the full cycle from posting jobs to onboarding.

Office-based role with regular on-site attendance; up to one remote workday per week may be possible based on business needs. Strong collaboration and confidentiality are essential in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
• Light travel between local facilities may be required.
• Maintain high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment efforts to maintain staffing levels across all production facilities.
• Post positions on external job boards.
• Review and disposition candidates using ATS.
• Schedule and conduct telephone and onsite interviews.
• Prepare offers and extend them to candidates.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with paperwork and policies.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to support timely decisions.
