Job summary

You will manage full-cycle hiring, maintain HRIS/ERP data, create training materials in alignment with quality management systems, and ensure training records are compliant and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in maintaining training records to ISO/AS9100 or similar standards is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from job description to onboarding.
• Maintain recruiting portals and postings; keep HD careers page current.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks; collaborate on strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Create and maintain training materials using QMS procedures; track training records.
• Generate weekly training status reports and ensure compliance.
