Qualifications

• Strong supervisory experience leading frontline teams.
• Quality control and QA capabilities, with documented results.
• Clear communication to team members and leadership; accurate reporting.
• Training and coaching skills to onboard and develop staff.
• Experience in manufacturing or chemicals; process industry familiarity preferred.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA-like regulations.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends or holidays as needed.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in technical/engineering fields a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a frontline production team to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Monitor production activities, address process issues, ensure SOP compliance.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct routine shift huddles and updates.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to minimize downtime and improve processes.
