Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Experience providing technical support for computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 administrations.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Administer Microsoft 365 apps and manage user accounts and access.
