Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience in a help desk or IT technician role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Comfortable supporting non-technical employees onsite and on production floors.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and common apps.
• Basic AD, accounts, permissions, and password resets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site IT contact for Johnson Creek employees.

• Assist with onboarding, hardware setup, and equipment handoff.
• Support shop-floor technology and basic network connectivity.
