Job summary

WLS Stamping in Ohio is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to keep plant networks, workstations, and printers running smoothly across multiple sites. You will be the first line of support for end users and will split time between facilities to minimize downtime.

The role covers on-site hardware deployment, inventory management, and basic training for staff, with emphasis on rapid response, clear communication, and adherence to security policies in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT support or a similar role.
• Experience with Windows desktops, AD, and M365.
• Strong network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Able to perform physical setup tasks and cabling.
• Willing to travel between plant locations regularly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT support contact across assigned plant locations.
• Set up and image desktops, laptops, tablets and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and system outages.
• Manage user accounts and access (AD / M365).
• Coordinate connectivity for shop-floor systems with engineering/maintenance.
