Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing HR experience.
• Experience in benefits administration, recruitment, FMLA, compliance, etc.
• Strong employee relations background.
• Working knowledge of FMLA and Workers' Compensation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders on policies, attendance, performance, and general inquiries.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to fill hourly manufacturing roles and oversee onboarding.
• Collaborate with operations leadership and HRBPs to resolve issues and support timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, training, audits, leaves of absence, and Workers’ Compensation.
• Lead engagement, wellness, and recognition programs and track turnover and staffing trends.
