Job summary

Asset Living is hiring an on-site Multi-Site Affordable Housing Assistant Community Manager in Atlanta, GA. You will support daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and financial functions across affordable communities, with a focus on timely rent collection to optimize cash flow.

The role requires at least 1 year of affordable housing experience and familiarity with LIHTC and HUD programs, strong leadership, and the ability to supervise staff and ensure fair housing compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• 1+ year experience in affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.).
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager.
• Assist with delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.
• Post charges to resident accounts and manage move-ins/move-outs.
• Develop and implement resident retention and leasing strategies.
• Coordinate marketing efforts per annual plan and handle resident concerns.
