Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Standby Maintenance Technician to live on-site in a company-provided apartment in Evansville, IN. The role supports residents by handling day-to-day maintenance and responding to after-hours emergencies on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, door/drywall work, and inventory control. EPA and CPO certifications are preferred or required within 120 days, with OSHA safety adherence and strong resident

Competenze

• Must have EPA certification (or obtain within 120 days of start)
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety guidelines
• Strong communication with residents and team members
• Basic computer skills and comfort with apps and programs

Mansioni

• Maintain apartment community and day-to-day operations
• Prioritize and resolve work orders to quality standards
• Perform plumbing tasks (pipes, shut offs, sinks, disposals)
• Troubleshoot HVAC, water heater, boiler issues
• Repair appliances, doors, drywall, and electrical fixtures
• Manage inventory of commonly used parts
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating basis
• Follow company policies and procedures
