Qualifications

• Must have general knowledge of building maintenance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with maintenance management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and structures.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
