Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Meadows at Town Center property. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance, and participate in make-ready activities under supervision.

You will respond to resident requests, maintain logs, and help keep common areas and amenities in excellent condition. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing Laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of OSHA requirements and Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergencies, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Make-ready process to align with property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance shop and common areas.
• Perform periodic pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
