Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready technician to assist with maintenance across our communities. Responsibilities include routine and emergency maintenance, responding to work orders, and ensuring units are ready for new residents.

The role requires basic computer skills and adherence to safety and OSHA guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be capable of on-site software usage, and support the maintenance supervisor in daily operations, while

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and emergency tasks.
• Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and safe work practices.
• Record service requests, maintenance activities, and safety compliance.
