Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our property operations in Norcross, GA. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and manage make-ready tasks to uphold our community standards.

Responsibilities include daily on-site presence, responding to work orders, pool maintenance, safety inspections, and maintaining records of service requests and chemical logs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and respond to work orders.
• Maintain pools and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and common areas daily for safety.
• Assist with make-ready processes and turnovers.
• Attend on-call emergencies and maintain safety practices.
