Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Smyrna, GA on-site team. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine and emergency maintenance, support make-ready processes, and ensure safety standards are met under supervision.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws, and reliable transportation for on-call duties. Compensation ranges from $23 to $25 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance and cosmetic tasks to maintain property condition.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Assist with make-ready process and turnover events.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and inspections.
• Support maintenance supervisor and community manager on project tasks.
