Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance processes across the community, including corrective, preventive, and cosmetic tasks. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, performing make-ready work and daily upkeep to meet operational objectives.

Responsibilities include responding to requests, performing repairs, and ensuring safety standards while maintaining logs and assisting in inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs in common areas and units.
• Assist with make-ready and on-call emergencies and safety compliance.
• Maintain safety practices and OSHA standards across the community.
• Keep records of service requests and maintenance activities.
