Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Loretto Heights in Denver, CO. The role focuses on executing preventive and corrective maintenance to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities safe and functional.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory, and documenting tasks. Candidate must hold EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license for on-site operations, with occasional after-hours work expected.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification.
• State and local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair building systems per policies and codes.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Track materials, inventory, and order re-supply as needed.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds and common areas as required.
• Assist with safety meetings and training.
