Job summary

Core Spaces LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage on-site maintenance and groundskeeping. You will handle work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and repair HVAC, plumbing, and appliances to ensure a safe, well-maintained living environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of maintenance experience, basic MEP knowledge, and the ability to obtain a Certified Pool Operator license within 3 months. The role requires on-site work, on-call availability, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 3+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of MEP systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods and processes.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Be a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or able to attain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for residential units and common areas.
• Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage and restore use.
• Paint and drywall repair knowledge.
• Follow preventive maintenance programs for the building.
• Identify and repair safety hazards.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair appliances.
• Work full shift on-site and be on-call.
• May work evenings, weekends, overtime.
• Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal hours.
• Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
