Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Seneca, SC. You will handle maintenance and groundskeeping tasks, complete daily work orders, and support safety and efficiency across residential units and common areas.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of maintenance experience, basic MEP knowledge, and a willingness to obtain a Certified Pool Operator credential within 3 months. This role requires physical ability, on-call availability, and a proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Basic understanding of MEP systems.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or able to attain within the first 3 months of employment.
• High School or equivalent education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for residential units and common areas.
• Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage and restore use.
• Knowledge of painting and drywall repair.
• Adhere to preventive maintenance programs for the building.
• Identify and repair potential safety hazards.
• HVAC: diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Appliances: diagnose and repair appliances.
