Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience is required.
• Basic understanding of MEP systems is expected.
• CPO certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders for residential units and common areas.
• Repair plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and fixtures as needed.
• Adhere to preventive maintenance programs and safety policies.
• Identify safety hazards and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist with move‑outs, turnovers, and overtime as required.
