Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work on-site at our Auburn, AL properties, handling work orders, preventive maintenance, and groundskeeping to keep facilities in excellent condition.

You will repair plumbing, diagnose HVAC and appliance issues, and ensure safety while following company policies. A high school diploma, 3+ years maintenance experience, and willingness to obtain a CPO within 3 months are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Basic understanding of MEP systems.
• Willingness to obtain Certified Pool Operator (CPO) within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for residential units and common areas.
• Repair plumbing to prevent water damage and restore use.
• Perform painting and drywall repair as needed.
• Adhere to preventive maintenance programs and safety policies.
• Identify and repair potential safety hazards.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and appliances.
