Job summary

South Oxford Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain residential properties. You will handle routine work orders, repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances, and perform preventive maintenance. The role requires safety awareness and the ability to keep apartments ready for leasing.

You will work on-site five days a week, after-hours on-call rotation, and be part of a team focused on resident satisfaction and community standards.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of all things pertaining to property maintenance.
• Skill in the safe use and maintenance of hand and power tools.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge in HVAC; HVAC certification preferred.
• Proficient with computers and various software programs.
• Knowledgeable of EPA and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine work orders at the community, including appliance repair and on-call tickets.
• Repair and maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance, and conduct inspections.
• Address resident service requests promptly and ensure market-ready apartments.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
