Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Mesquite, TX. The role involves assisting in the maintenance of the property, handling corrective, preventive, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include daily on-site presence, responding to work orders, maintaining common areas, pool maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with on-call emergency duties

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills for on-site software and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and pool area; log chemical data.
• Assist with safety programs and OSHA compliance; follow PPE rules.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with inventory and records.
