Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Ridge at North Texas, The community. The role performs maintenance, corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

On-site presence is required daily. Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, scheduling turn events, pool maintenance, safety compliance, and maintaining records. Basic computer skills and OSHA knowledge required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance and make-ready tasks under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and records.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards.
