Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at our properties. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance and participate in the make-ready process under supervision.

This full-time, on-site role in Texas includes a comprehensive total rewards package (medical/dental/vision, 401K with matching, paid holidays, and sick days) with salary ranging from $19 to $24 per hour and potential bonuses where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety compliance.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and reports.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained properties.
