Job summary

The Maintenance Technician assists in the maintenance processes of the property, covering corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The on-site role requires regular attendance, timely responses to service requests, and active participation in turn events and safety practices to protect residents and property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and basic repairs for common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain cleaning and pool area, logs, and safety measures.
• Assist in scheduling maintenance and turn events.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
