Job summary

Asset Living in Burleson, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property maintenance operations. This role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will handle make-ready tasks, manage on-call emergencies, maintain grounds and common areas, keep accurate logs, and uphold safety and Fair Housing/OSHA standards while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance on community common areas and units.
• Assist with make-ready process and scheduling of repairs.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
