Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, preventive and emergency tasks, and make-ready duties on-site. You will work under supervision to keep common areas safe and well-maintained, with daily interactions with residents and management.

• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks on property facilities including routine, preventive, and emergency work.
• Assist in make-ready process and turnover of units.
• Maintain swimming pool and chemical logs; ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and Asset Living policies.
