Job summary

Asset Living is a fast-growing property management firm that values teamwork and hands-on problem solving. The Maintenance Technician supports the property's upkeep, performs corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance, and assists with make-ready tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, maintaining common areas, pools, and equipment, logging service requests, and adhering to safety and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community and reduce future repairs.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and upkeep of equipment and supplies.

Education
