Job summary

Asset Living in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks, assist with make-ready, and work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to keep on-site facilities safe and attractive.

The role requires regular on-site work, on-call availability, and a strong commitment to safety, with experience in pool maintenance, grounds care, and basic EPA/OSHA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills are required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks on community properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work.
• Assist with the make-ready process under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident and management requests and manage work orders in a timely manner.
